Women Together for Food and Body Peace
There are exactly 20 days until New Year's Day, but which one of us has not been pondering what New Year's resolutions to stick to in 2018 for a while now? Or at least interested in the resolutions of those around us? Or at least recalling all the years we said we would and we just never actually did?
Well, what about never even having New Year's resolutions cross your mind? What about freeing yourself from the thinking of how you will change your style of eating or exercising or body size come the new year? How about just being free to choose when you want to choose with no plan?
While this may sound scary for some, it is exactly what many women want to experience - PEACE WITH FOOD AND BODY!
So, I decided to bring a small group of women together to do just that! I am searching for 8 women who are ready to not make 2018 about resolutions. I am looking for 8 highly motivated women who are ready to make long-lasting peace with their food choices and body. I am looking for 8 bold and courageous women who are ready to make this transformational emotional investment in themselves. Are you one of them?
Food and body image coaching for 8 women in a small group format.
Any woman ages 16 - 76 who is highly motivated to make peace with their food choices and their body. All women interested in joining the group will be interviewed individually to ensure “good fit” and “readiness for change”. Selection criteria include readiness for long-lasting transformational lifestyle change and freedom from weight concerns, binge eating, overeating, body image challenges, and various nutrition related health concerns.
8 weeks, 90 minutes face-to-face group sessions per week
Individual laser coaching will be provided at each group session

Week 3: Time to Cherry Pick
-fueling your body using nutritional self-care principles
Week 4: Have Your Cake and Eat It Too
-how to use pleasure to fuel metabolism
Week 5: The Big Cheese
-how to break free from our self-limiting belief system
Week 6: Stop Giving a Fig
-cultivating radical self-acceptance and self-love
Week 7: Soup Up
-managing life with self-care rituals
Week 8: You Can’t Make An Omelette Without Breaking Eggs
-our value system and the necessity to break away from our insanely imbalanced lifestyles to be in alignment with them
Register on or before January 10th for the EARLY BIRD SPECIAL - $65.00 per session
After January 10th, $75.00 per session
For a 15% discount, pay for all 8 sessions prior to the commencement of Week #1
