Is insurance accepted?

Dr. Katherine is considered an out-of-network health care provider for most major insurance companies.  She is not an in-network provider for any insurance companies.  While compensation is due at the time of service, Dr. Katherine will provide you with a Superbill that you can then send to your insurance company for partial reimbursement.  Most insurance companies reimburse anywhere from 50% to 80% of the fees for the services Dr. Katherine provides after your deductible has been met.  

What is the cost for services?

Dr. Katherine’s charges a flat rate for her intake session, which is scheduled for 75-minutes.  Her therapy session fees vary depending on whether you choose 45-minute or 60-minute sessions.  All session fees are the same for in-person, telephonic, and virtual.  The fees are also the same whether you choose individual therapy, couples/marriage therapy, or family therapy.  For the specific rates, please e-mail Dr. Katherine at  Please note you will be provided with a Good Faith Estimate prior to your intake session.

How can I pay for my services?

Dr. Katherine accepts both cash, check, credit cards, and HSA cards.  All payments must be made at the time the service.

What if I have to cancel an appointment?

There is a 48-hour cancellation notice required.  All cancellations must be done by phone or via e-mail.
